Where we build
We work within about 50 miles of Rootstown, which covers 12 counties: Portage, Summit, Stark, Cuyahoga, Mahoning, Trumbull, Medina, Wayne, Lorain, Geauga, Columbiana and Lake. We also reach the edges of Carroll, Tuscarawas and Ashtabula counties. If you are not sure whether your town is in range, ask. It usually comes down to a few miles.
What happens after you reach out
- We get back to you and talk through the basics: what kind of pool you want, how you plan to use it, your timing, and whether you are paying cash or financing.
- We give you a ballpark from our published package prices, so you are not guessing before we ever visit.
- We come out and walk the yard. We check access, grade, drainage and soil, and where the equipment and power will go.
- We design the pool in 3D on your lot and go over it with you.
- You get a written quote with the package and every site item listed separately.
- Once you sign, we handle the permits and put you on the schedule.
What helps to have ready
Your address, a rough idea of where you would like the pool, and any HOA rules that apply. A plot plan or survey of your lot helps if you have one. If you are financing, getting pre-approved early keeps things moving, and PoolLoan.net and HFS Financial are two lenders we work with.
