Pools
Fiberglass is what we build most. We install Liberty Composites shells with Pentair equipment and publish the price, from $68,400 to $103,900 installed. A one-piece shell with a nonporous gelcoat suits Northeast Ohio's wet clay and freeze-thaw winters.
ICF concrete pools are built from insulated concrete forms. The walls hold heat, which stretches a short Ohio swim season, and the pool can be any shape or size. Latham vinyl liner pools, with UltraSeam liners, give you a custom size, shape and color, and we replace liners too. Spas and spillover spas are planned in 3D with the pool.
Around the pool
We pour decks and patios in plain, stamped, broom finish and exposed aggregate concrete, and we lay pavers and natural stone. We build outdoor kitchens, pergolas, pavilions, fire pits and fireplaces, and for yards on clay or a slope, retaining walls, grading and drainage. On all of it we put the effort into excavation, compaction, drainage and structure, because in freeze-thaw country that is what decides whether a patio stays flat.
After the build
Our pool service covers spring openings, weekly cleaning, water testing and chemical balancing, equipment checks, repairs and inspections, and fall closings and winterizing.
Planning a budget
A complete inground pool in Northeast Ohio involves more than the pool: excavation, a base and backfill suited to the soil, plumbing, equipment, electrical, a deck, the barrier your town requires and permits. Our fiberglass packages start at $68,400 installed, which gives you a real number to plan around. Outdoor living projects on their own typically start from about $15,000. We work with lenders, including PoolLoan.net and HFS Financial, if you want to finance.
