Our published package prices are real, current prices for the installed packages described. They are a starting point for planning, not a quote for your property. Site conditions, required fencing, extra decking, spoils haul-off, dewatering, the electrical run from your panel and upgrades are priced after a site visit. Prices can change, and the price that applies to your project is the one in your written quote and contract.

Building codes, permit steps, setbacks and fence rules vary by town and change over time, so confirm them with your local building department. Photos show our own job sites and 3D designs. Colors, finishes and layouts in photos and renders can look different in person and on your lot.
