Information you give us. When you fill in a contact or quote form, email us or call, we receive what you share. That is usually your name, phone number, email address, street address and details about the project you have in mind. Please do not send us sensitive information such as financial account numbers through the website.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, approximate location based on your IP address, the pages you view and how you arrived at the site. We collect this through cookies and similar tools, including website analytics such as Google Analytics.

• To reply to you, schedule a site visit, prepare a design and quote, and carry out and service your project.
• To contact you about your project by phone, email or text message, if you have given us your number.
• To understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business and the website, such as our website host, form and email tools, analytics providers and our customer management software, and only for those purposes. If you ask us to connect you with a lender, we share what is needed for that. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties for their own marketing.

This website is meant for adults planning a home project. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Our site links to other websites, including lenders and manufacturers. Their privacy practices are their own, so review their policies when you visit them.
